利用多种测试技术和试验方法解决了模拟超常气固两相流动过程中的一些特殊问题,较系统地进行了常温到610℃、粒子冲击速度从220 m/s到450 m/s及冲击角从15°到90°条件下氧化铁粒子对两种汽轮机叶片材料抗固粒冲蚀磨损能力的对比性试验研究.研究发现两种叶片材料都呈现出塑性材料的冲蚀特性,最大冲蚀率发生在冲击角约25°和20°处;两种叶片材料冲蚀率的速度指数为2.8~3.0和2.25~2.55,且随温度的变化特性相反.  相似文献

微纳马达是一种能被多种能量(化学能、光能、声能、电能、磁能等)激活而发生运动(旋转、穿梭、聚集、扩散等)且尺寸为微米或纳米级的功能器件。其具有体积较小、可控性好、制备简单等优点,在诸如纳米自组装、聚合物降解、药物运输、水污染治理等多个领域展现出较好的应用前景。微纳马达的聚集与分散行为是马达非常重要的群体行为,聚集状态下可大幅提升马达执行任务的效率,分散状态下又可成为独立的个体,各自运动,执行各自的使命。本文概述了近年来微纳马达在聚集与分散行为方面的重要研究进展和最新研究成果,详细叙述不同刺激下两者之间的转换过程及其机理,为深入开展微纳马达动态行为的科学研究提供一定的借鉴和参考。  相似文献

The foam properties of mixtures of an eco-friendly amino-acid derived surfactant sodium lauroylglutamate (LGS) interacting with cationic surfactant dodecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (DTAB), nonionic surfactant laurel alkanolamide (LAA) and anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfonate (SDS), were investigated, respectively. It was amazing that the three investigated binary-mixed systems all showed obviously synergism effect on foaming, though LGS/DTAB catanionic mixture showed remarkable synergistic effect with no surprise. The equilibrium and dynamic surface activity, along with the interfacial molecular array behaviors of binary-mixed systems with different molar ratios at air/water surface were also studied. Moreover, the theoretical simulation was employed to investigate how the interfacial behaviors of surfactants at air/water surface affected the foam properties. The study might provide the meaningful guidance for utilizing the LGS-based systems, especially in constructing eco-friendly foam systems in the application areas of cosmetics, medicine and detergent.  相似文献

Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) and reduced graphene oxide (RGO) were successfully assembled by chemical reaction to obtain CNT‐d‐RGO particles. Then, a home‐made dynamic impregnating device was used to prepare hybrid CNT‐d‐RGO/polyethylene glycol (PEG). Next, the different modifiers, including CNTs, GO, CNT‐d‐RGO, PEG, and CNT‐d‐RGO/PEG, were, respectively, added into poly‐(lactic acid) (PLA) matrix via melt‐compounding. The dispersed morphology for these different modifiers within the PLA matrix was confirmed by SEM and TEM observations. Especially, compared with the identical weight ratio of CNT‐d‐RGO, the hybrid CNT‐d‐RGO/PEG within the PLA matrix exhibited an excellent exfoliated and interconnected networks morphology. Moreover, compared with pure PLA, not only the crystallinity of all PLA‐based composites notably improved, but half‐crystallization time was also shortened. Furthermore, despite the addition of different modifiers, the crystal form of PLA‐based composites remained unchanged. Noticeably, compared with those of pure PLA, the tensile stress, strain, and modulus of PLA composite added with CNT‐d‐RGO/PEG increased by 29.4%, 4.1%, and 56.1%, respectively, and the V‐notch impact strength slightly improved. In addition, compared with pure PLA, volume resistivity of the PLA composite added with 1 wt% CNT‐d‐RGO/PEG decreased by 93.1%, and its volume conductivity increased by five orders of magnitude.  相似文献

通过原位聚合的方式在银纳米粒子/多壁碳纳米管(Ag/MWCNT)复合材料的表面成功聚合苯胺单体制备了聚苯胺/银纳米粒子/多壁碳纳米管(PANI/Ag/MWCNT)三元复合材料苯.通过对三元复合材料的结构以及表面形貌进行分析,表明聚苯胺层完全包覆了Ag/MWCNT复合材料,形成了核壳式结构.同时银纳米粒子则以单质晶体的形态存在于多壁碳纳米管与聚苯胺层之间.三元复合材料电极在1 mol/L的KOH溶液中具有极低的阻抗,而与聚苯胺电极相比,这些复合材料电极则表现出更低的电阻、更高的电化学活性和更好的循环稳定性.尤其是当苯胺和Ag:MWCNTs质量比为5:5时,该复合材料电极在0.25 A/g的电流密度下表现出最大的比电容值为160 F/g.  相似文献

We report on the preparation of two‐dimensional (2D) Ti3C2 and its friction and wear properties. Laminated Ti3AlC2 was synthesized by pressureless sintering using Ti, Al, and graphite, followed by HF exfoliation and sonication treatment to form 2D‐layered Ti3C2, which exhibited individual layer or stack of several layers. Analysis of microstructure and composition was used to confirm the successful exfoliation of laminated Ti3AlC2. The tribological behaviors of the as‐prepared 2D Ti3C2 as a lubrication additive in base oil were investigated. Results indicate that 2D‐layered Ti3C2 can greatly enhance the friction‐reducing and anti‐friction properties of base oil, especially with 1.0 wt% Ti3C2. This novel 2D‐layered Ti3C2 would be a good candidate for lubricating materials to meet emerging needs in practical applications.  相似文献

The effect of optical Kerr nonlinearity on the static and dynamic behaviors of quantum cascade laser operating in the mid-infrared is theoretically investigated. Our model is based on three-level rate equations including the dependence of the loss on photon number in the cavity. The optical stability domain that allows for the determination of current injection is derived within the premises of our model. The analytical solutions of eigenvalue equation allowing the investigation of stability analysis are obtained. Furthermore, nonlinear effects influence significantly the dynamics of photons in cavity and electrons in the upper laser level.  相似文献

In this paper we focus on crystal surfaces led out of equilibrium by a growth or erosion process. As a consequence of that, the surface may undergo morphological instabilities and develop a distinct structure: undulations, mounds or pyramids, bunches of steps, ripples. The typical size of the emergent pattern may be fixed or it may increase over time through a coarsening process that in turn may last forever or it may be interrupted at some relevant length scale. We study dynamics in three different cases, stressing the main physical ingredients and the main features of coarsening: a kinetic instability, an energetic instability, and an athermal instability.  相似文献

The dynamic release of a model drug (vitamin B2) from chitosan coated calcium alginate beads has been studied in the media of varying pH and the Hixon‐Crowel model has been applied to the experimental data, using a novel ‘curve area measurement’ (CAM) approach.
